Kettle’s Yard, Cambridge (Castle Street) – a fine collection of modern art, sculpture, furniture, etc. from the 20th century (including works by Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, etc.). Temp exhibitions on display at one of the galleries (usually modern arts and crafts). Concerts and lectures are also on at the Kettle’s Yard.
Fitzbillies Bakery – an old bakery in a Georgian building in Trumpington street, Cambridge (functioning since 1922) with much favoured Chelsea buns (spiral shaped current buns), sausage rolls, fondant frogs, chocolate mice and more yummy creatures. Fitzbillies Bakery was given a facelift in 2011 and expanded – there is a new coffee bar and a restaurant.
